Refined, terroir-driven character, opening with aromas of lemon blossom, white peach, and fresh pear, complemented by subtle hazelnut and vanilla cream from judicious oak use. The palate is precise and mineral-focused, featuring flavors of citrus zest, crisp apple, and toasted almond, supported by a lively backbone of acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with a persistent note of chalky minerality and delicate spice.
Serve lightly chilled at 10–12°C (50–54°F) in Burgundy-style white wine glasses.
