Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright juniper and citrus peel lead the way, followed by notes of fresh herbs, olive brine, rosemary, subtle agave sweetness, vanilla, and delicate oak spice.

Palate: Rich and silky with layers of lemon zest, coriander, angelica root, green herbs, black pepper, light caramel, cooked agave, and soft barrel influence creating exceptional texture and complexity.

Finish: Long and elegant with lingering juniper, citrus oils, gentle oak tannins, savoury botanicals, and a subtle earthy agave note that slowly fades into warming spice.
