Produced in Tuscany, Italy, Senensis London Dry Gin is crafted at the D.E.T.A. Distillery in Barberino Val d’Elsa using carefully selected botanicals sourced entirely from the Chianti region. The recipe prominently features wild juniper from Castellina in Chianti alongside local ingredients including Sangiovese vine leaves and flowers, olive leaf, verbena, sage, rosemary, and tarragon. Produced through traditional botanical infusion and distillation without artificial additives, the gin was designed to express the landscape and agricultural identity of Siena and the surrounding Tuscan hills. The use of Sangiovese botanicals in particular gives the spirit a distinctive sweet-bitter balance rarely found in classic London Dry Gin.
