Signatory Camerbridge 12 Year Old 100 Proof #1

Signatory Vintage Cameronbridge 12 Year Old 2012 100 Proof Grain Edition #1 was distilled in 2012 and bottled on February 14, 2025. It matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels before being bottled at 57.1% ABV, equivalent to traditional British 100 proof. The whisky is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration.

This release is particularly notable because it is Edition #1 of Signatory's 100 Proof series dedicated to single grain whisky, taking the successful concept behind its malt-focused 100 Proof bottlings into a category that often receives less attention from enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla bean and caramel lead with honeyed cereal and syrup, followed by coconut, gentle oak spice, and touches of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: Creamy and smooth with buttery toffee, vanilla custard, honeyed cereal, and caramelized sweetness. Dried stone fruit, soft oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg provide contrast to the richer bourbon-cask flavours.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sweet vanilla, burnt toffee, toasted almond, and gently spiced American oak.
