Nose:
Fresh coastal peat, lemon zest, green apple, and smoked barley. Undertones of sea salt, olive brine, and gentle vanilla round out the aroma.

Palate:
Bright, smoky, and precise. Waves of ashen peat, grilled citrus, sweet malt, and light herbal notes. The texture is crisp yet mouth-coating, with peppery warmth and a thread of maritime salinity.
