Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright coastal peat is joined by sea spray, lemon zest, green apple, vanilla bean, mineral notes, and a touch of white pepper.

Palate: Rich and oily with smoked malt, brine, charred citrus, vanilla cream, cracked pepper, gentle orchard fruit, and earthy peat smoke developing across the palate.

Finish: Long and drying with lingering bonfire ash, sea salt, oak spice, citrus peel, and soft malt sweetness.
