Single Cask Nation Craigellachie 18 Year Old is an independently bottled single malt selected by Single Cask Nation, the independent bottling arm of the Jewish Whisky Company. Distilled in Speyside and matured for 18 years in a single cask, this limited release is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration, allowing the whisky to express the full character of both the distillery and the cask. Craigellachie is renowned for producing a muscular, old-fashioned spirit thanks to its use of traditional worm tub condensers, which create a rich, oily texture and distinctive sulphury complexity that has become a hallmark of the distillery. Long maturation softens these robust characteristics, revealing elegant layers of tropical fruit, beeswax, citrus, and oak while preserving Craigellachie's unmistakable personality.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of baked apple, pineapple, beeswax, honey, lemon zest, vanilla, toasted oak, roasted malt, and subtle earthy notes are layered with gentle baking spice.

Palate: Rich and oily with flavours of orchard fruit, grilled pineapple, toffee, vanilla cream, citrus marmalade, roasted nuts, cinnamon, black pepper, and polished oak balanced by Craigellachie's signature waxy texture.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of honey, oak spice, tropical fruit, beeswax, citrus peel, and gentle pepper.
