Realms of Rye 03 – “Menthol & Evergreen” is part of Sons of Vancouver’s exploratory rye series, designed to highlight distinct flavour profiles shaped by grain, fermentation, and maturation choices. This release focuses on rye’s naturally herbaceous qualities, amplified to evoke forest air, cooling herbs, and brisk spice.

Nose:
Fresh pine needles, eucalyptus, and cooling menthol rise immediately, supported by cracked pepper, citrus peel, and raw rye grain. A subtle sweetness keeps the aromatics in check.

Palate:
Bright and assertive. Herbal rye spice, mint leaf, and evergreen notes lead, followed by hints of green apple, honey, and light vanilla. The texture is lively and crisp, with a refreshing, cooling sensation across the palate.

Finish:
Clean, lingering, and invigorating with fading mint, pine resin, rye spice, and a dry, forest-like freshness.
