Tabb Baijiu Original 5yr

Baijiu is China’s traditional distilled spirit, produced using ancient solid-state fermentation methods that create highly aromatic and distinctive flavour profiles. TABB Baijiu represents a modern approach to the category, balancing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary presentation and accessibility for global spirits enthusiasts.

The Original 5 Year expression is crafted from carefully selected grains and matured over five years to develop additional smoothness, integration, and aromatic complexity. Unlike younger baijiu styles that can emphasize sharper fermentation intensity, extended aging softens the spirit while allowing savoury, floral, and fruit-driven notes to evolve harmoniously.

Traditional fermentation techniques remain central to production, with grain fermentation occurring in controlled environments that encourage the development of the esters and aromatic compounds characteristic of premium baijiu. The aging process contributes greater texture and depth while preserving the spirit’s distinctive grain and umami-driven profile.

The result is a balanced and mature baijiu that bridges traditional Chinese spirit culture with modern sipping and cocktail applications.
