Signatory Vintage 2014 Ben Nevis

Tartan Army Ben Nevis 11 Year Old is a special independent bottling from Signatory Vintage, created in honour of the devoted supporters of Scotland's national football team.
Founded in 1825 at the foot of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis Distillery in Fort William is known for producing robust, characterful Highland single malts. Its whisky often displays a distinctive combination of malty richness, orchard fruit, subtle savoury notes and substantial texture, making it particularly well suited to sherry cask maturation.
This release celebrates the Tartan Army, whose supporters have travelled the world following Scotland's national team, renowned for their kilts, singing and unwavering enthusiasm.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep golden amber.
Nose: Dried raisins, baked apple and orange peel, with toasted walnuts, malt and gentle cinnamon.
Palate: Rich dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate develop into roasted nuts, sweet malt and warming oak spice.
Finish: Rounded and lingering, with cocoa, dried fruit, toasted oak and a pleasantly nutty dryness.

Released in 2026 to celebrate Scotland's return to the FIFA World Cup after a 28-year absence, the bottling honours supporters who have travelled the globe following their team.

The Whisky Exchange

More importantly, a portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold supports the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal. Established in 2003, the charity has supported children's charities in every country where Scotland's national team has played, creating a lasting legacy of generosity beyond the football pitch.
