Tequila Cimarron Blanco 750mL

Cimarrón Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, backed by a family with five generations of experience growing agave. The brand emphasizes mature agave, traditional production methods and regenerative agricultural practices, allowing the plant itself to remain the defining character of the finished tequila.

The tequila is closely associated with renowned master distiller Enrique Fonseca, whose family is also behind highly regarded agave spirits including Don Fulano and Fuenteseca. Cimarrón is produced at Tequileña Distillery, and is made with a deliberately dry profile rather than relying on sweetness to soften the spirit. It is also additive-free, keeping the focus on agave, fermentation and distillation.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh and distinctly agave-driven with green herbs, earth and subtle spice, joined by touches of citrus, pepper and ripe fruit.

Palate: Dry and bright with cooked agave at the centre, developing into earthy sweetness, citrus, herbs, cumin and lively pepper. The profile remains clean and savoury rather than overtly sweet.

Finish: Crisp and clean with lingering pepper, herbs, mineral earthiness and fresh agave.
