Tequila Lost Lore Valley Blanco Limited

Lost Lore Tequila is a project dedicated to showcasing traditional tequila-making practices while emphasizing regional terroir. The Valley Blanco Limited expression is produced in the lowlands (El Valle) of Jalisco, a region known for yielding agave with more earthy, herbaceous, and mineral-driven characteristics compared to the sweeter highland style. Crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, the tequila is made using traditional methods, often including slow cooking, natural fermentation, and careful distillation to preserve agave character.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh cooked agave with bright citrus, herbal notes, black pepper, and a touch of earthy minerality.

Palate: Crisp and vibrant with sweet agave, lime zest, green herbs, and a peppery spice balanced by subtle vegetal tones.

Finish: Clean and refreshing with lingering citrus, soft spice, and a dry mineral edge.
