Yukon Single Malt Two Brewers Release 44 (43% alc./vol)

Two Brewers expressions are broadly grouped into four categories of single malt whiskies: Classic, Peated, Special Finish, and Innovative. Made in small batches, with a variety of malted and roasted grains, using different fermentation techniques and a mix of barrels. The goal is that no two releases will be the same, so that as each expression emerges, it is layered and unique. Age and beauty brought together through whisky. Barrels from deep in our collection, blended and rested in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks make for a whisky that truly shines. Tasting Notes: Homemade cherry pie and rich oak beckon on the nose, a harmonious ode to the marriage of a mature Two Brewers blend and luscious PX sherry. Rich complexity flows through the dram, anchored by tones of sweet ripe berries, stone cracked wheat and oakiness thats impossible to rush.
