Founded by vintners Kent Rasmussen, Curtis McBride, and Sunil Agarwal, 689 Cellars draws inspiration from the auspicious numbers 6, 8, and 9, which symbolize happiness, prosperity, and longevity in Eastern philosophy. Since its founding, the winery has focused on crafting expressive California wines that balance ripe fruit with freshness and structure, sourcing fruit from premium vineyards across the state's leading growing regions. The White Blend is crafted from a combination of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, and Viognier, each variety contributing its own unique character.


Tasting Notes
Colour: Brilliant pale straw with light golden reflections.

Nose: Aromas of pineapple, peach, pear, citrus blossom, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit, accented by delicate floral notes.

Palate: Medium-bodied and refreshing, with flavours of ripe peach, melon, pineapple, citrus, and green apple. The wine offers a soft, rounded texture balanced by lively acidity and subtle mineral notes.

Finish: Clean and vibrant, with lingering tropical fruit, citrus zest, and floral freshness.
