Acquavite di Birra Tosolini

Bepi Tosolini has produced artisanal spirits in Friuli since 1943. This bottling is not a grappa, but an acquavite distilled from beer, using three regional beer styles: amber, smoked and pale.

The beer blend is distilled in traditional bain-marie steam stills and then matured in French oak barriques, adding warmth and complexity while preserving the character of malt, barley and hops.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Malt, barley and hops with dried apple, candied citrus, floral notes and subtle cedar.

Palate: Soft and balanced, with malt sweetness, dried fruit, gentle oak and lightly hoppy character.

Finish: Persistent and gently bitter, with spice, citrus peel and toasted malt.
