Signature Edition 3 showcases Arran’s curiosity-driven approach to cask exploration. Matured initially in traditional oak before being finished in red wine casks sourced from Spain’s Duero Valley, this expression gains striking colour, enhanced fruit sweetness, and a structured tannic backbone.

Nose:
Ripe black cherries, plum compote, and raspberry jam with hints of cinnamon, oak shavings, and a touch of red currant brightness.

Palate:
Velvety and full with flavours of dark berries, spiced caramel, cocoa, and sweet malt. The wine cask adds depth through gentle tannins, soft spice, and a rounded, fruit-laced warmth.

Finish:
Long and complex with lingering berry sweetness, soft drying oak, and a subtle hint of cacao nibs.
