Aultmore 28 Years Old -1993 Celebration Of Cask (Carn Mor)

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Aultmore 28 years old 1993 is a Speyside single malt from the Aultmore distillery bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series by the independent bottler Carn Mor (Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers). This Aultmore was distilled on the 10th of June 1993 and matured in hogshead 4434. It was bottled on the 2nd of May 2022 at natural cask strength of 47,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 233 bottles. Nose : old school with white and yellow fruit and traces of spices (ginger?) Palate: perfectly balanced with melon, candied almonds, vanilla and candied fruit with oak Finish: delicate and balanced like an old school whisky
