Introducing Contrasts: Air Dried Oak. A limited-edition single malt matured in casks made from oak staves, dried in the open air for three years. Every drop is made by hand using the sharpened senses of our distillers who put their heart and soul into making award-winning whisky. This limited-edition release has been matured in air dried Virgin Oak barrels. This results in sweet vanilla fudge aromas with toasted cereal and citrus blossom. Smooth yet peppery notes follow, with vanilla, fresh peppermint and oak flavours. Subtle smoke lingers on the finish.
