Benromach Kiln Dried Oak 2012

Introducing Contrasts: Kiln Dried Oak. A limited-edition single malt matured in casks made from oak staves initially dried in the open air before finishing in a kiln to accelerate the drying process. Every drop is made by hand using the sharpened senses of our distillers who put their heart and soul into making award-winning whisky. This limited-edition release has been matured in kiln dried Virgin Oak barrels. This results in sweet malted biscuit aromas with lemon and apple. Creamy and fruity flavours are followed by barley sugar and mixed tropical fruit. Subtle smoke and menthol on the finish.
