Canadian gin created from haskap berries harvested on our farm. Haskap is one of nature’s most resilient berries, surviving even the harshest Canadian climates. After hand harvesting our haskap, we incorporate gentian root, black tea leaves, and a hint of Black Fox honey to craft a spirit that balances bitterness with bright berry flavour. Black Fox Haskap Gin pairs perfectly with a tonic of your choice, lemonade or other citrus juices.
