Boulder Bourbon – Sherry Cask

Scotsman Alastair Brogan arrived in Colorado with little more than a copper pot still and a lifelong passion for distilling. Today, hi dream is being realized with the creation of his small batch American Single Malt Whiskey. Our artisan distilling techniques include using the finest malted barley, the purest water from Arapahoe glacier melt, and new American oak barrels. After a minimum of three years, the spirit is moved into x-Oloroso Sherry casks for a further minimum six months. This results in our American Single Malt Whiskey being elevated with fruity characteristics from the sherry and a nutty spice from the European oak.
