Traditionally, rum is made from sugar cane juice or molasses; however, here at Burwood we do things differently and we have been since 2016. So, we went an alternate route for this rhum (the H is for honey).

We fermented and distilled Burwood’s own honey & honey molasses and aged it in second use bourbon barrels. After maturation, barrels are the selected for blending. Finally, we handpicked 12 spices and herbs to add a unique flavour profile, and as a finishing touch we added some raw honey to provide a subtle sweetness like no other.
