Tropical fruit or citrus, dank or bright, each is unique and glorious in its own right.With as many combinations of hops and malt and yeast as there are faces in the clouds, the perfect hazy IPA is as elusive and clutching mist.Our latest foray into the wonderful world of haze experimentation is Chasing Clouds NEIPA. Along with a full-bodied blend of barley, oats and wheat, we also played with a heavenly blend of Australian Enigma and Eclipse and US El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Tropical? Yes.Chasing Clouds is fluffy, puffy and dreamy – and we can definitely see your face in it.
