Cadenhead Bowmore 10 Year Old

Cadenhead’s Bowmore 10 Year Old is a 2026 independent bottling from Wm Cadenhead’s Original Collection. Distilled at Bowmore in 2015, it was matured entirely in bourbon barrels for 10 years before being bottled in May 2026 at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Mango and kiwi skin lead into other tropical fruits, creamy vanilla and marzipan, with a distinctive thread of candle smoke underneath.

Palate: Sweet icing sugar and grilled pineapple meet a dry mineral note of flint and an unusual touch of oregano. The smoke remains relatively restrained, allowing the tropical fruit to stay prominent.

Finish: Cinnamon stick and cassia bark bring warming spice, gradually fading into soft, lingering Islay smoke.
