Chaos Batch #3 North Star Single Malt The third batch of Chaos from North Star Spirits holds true to the bottlings original intent of great Islay single malts at reasonable prices - but throws a little chaos of its own into the recipe, as this batch combines an ex-bourbon hogshead and four ex-ruby port octaves together with a single sherry butt, all from the same distillery. After blending these, the batch is reduced to 50% ABV, to produce 1400 bottles of this rich clash between salty smoky notes and deep red fruits.
