Chateau De Fuisse Pouilly-Fuisse

Château-Fuissés Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée is sourced from more than 40 parcels and located throughout the estates 100-acre holdings. The personal touch of Antoine Vincent in the final blend makes this wine the representative example of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The wine is matured in a blend of 70% oak vessel and 30% stainless steel. Light pale yellow in colour. Crisp and ripe, apples and lemon, almonds and smoked hazelnuts. Good minerality and freshness. The wine is Fresh and forward, ith a nice richness in the mid-palate. Lots of ripe fruits, almonds with a delicate oakeyness and a light smokiness.
