Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Elixir Distillers 70cl / 50.7% A single cask 1995 Clynelish 26-year-old bottled in 2022 without colouring or chill filtration by Elixir Distillers for their Single Malts of Scotland series. The mid-1990s were a golden era for Clynelish, with the 1995-1997 vintages particularly special. As you might have guessed from the colour, this particular Clynelish 1995 came from a sherry butt - Cask 8659, which yielded 576 bottles at its cask strength of 50.7%. This will be an epic dram.
