Domaine Jean Bousquet is a family-owned, certified organic winery located in Tupungato in the Uco Valley, one of Mendoza’s premier high-altitude regions. Founded by the Bousquet family from France, the estate emphasizes sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention to preserve purity and terroir.
Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in these elevated vineyards, where warm days ensure ripeness and cool nights help retain acidity and aromatic definition. Grapes are typically fermented in stainless steel to maintain clarity of fruit, with a portion aged in oak barrels to add structure, texture, and complexity. The style balances varietal intensity with freshness and approachability.

Finish: Clean and persistent, with lingering fruit, spice, and light savoury notes
