Domaine Labruyere Moulin à Vent Cœur de Terroirs

Founded in 1850, Domaine Labruyère is one of the oldest estates in Moulin-à-Vent. Cœur de Terroirs is assembled from select parcels across the domaine, primarily planted on the appellation’s distinctive granite soils rich in quartz, which give Gamay greater structure and ageing potential than typically associated with Beaujolais.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense ruby with violet highlights.

Nose: Black cherry, raspberry and ripe dark berries with violet, rose, pepper and liquorice.

Palate: Concentrated yet fresh, with ripe cherry and blackberry, fine spice and supple, well-defined tannins.

Finish: Long and savoury, with lingering dark fruit, pepper, liquorice and mineral notes.
