Experience a rare blend that embodies bountiful Niagara. Pot-distilled in small batches, kissed with brandy and steeped with cherrywood for a truly unexpected character. Nose: Vanilla, honeyed stone-fruit, dark chocolate and cherry with hints of spice and brown sugar. Palate: Lively white pepper, warm toasty spice and vanilla finish with a lingering tart cherry. Finish: Tart cherry lingering softly on the finish with some spice.
