Genillotte Chablis

Genilotte Chablis is sourced from vineyards in the renowned Chablis region of northern Burgundy, where Chardonnay thrives on the area's famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils. These ancient marine soils, rich in fossilized oyster shells, contribute to the pronounced minerality and freshness for which Chablis is celebrated.
The cool continental climate of Chablis allows grapes to ripen slowly, preserving natural acidity and aromatic precision. Unlike many richer styles of Chardonnay, Chablis emphasizes purity, tension, and terroir expression rather than overt oak influence.

Colour: Pale straw with green-gold reflections

Nose: Aromas of lemon, green apple, and white peach, complemented by notes of citrus blossom, flint, and wet stone minerality

Palate: Light- to medium-bodied, with bright acidity and flavours of lemon zest, orchard fruit, and subtle stone fruit. A pronounced mineral backbone provides precision and freshness

Finish: Clean, crisp, and refreshing, with lingering citrus, saline notes, and classic Chablis minerality
