Nose: Aromas of white peach, lemon curd, grapefruit zest, and nectarine layered with notes of flint, struck match, hazelnut, and subtle pastry nuances

Palate: Medium-bodied and finely structured, with vibrant acidity and flavours of citrus, stone fruit, and green apple. A creamy texture from lees ageing is balanced by pronounced mineral tension and precise oak integration

Finish: Long, focused, and elegant, with lingering citrus, saline minerality, and subtle toasted almond notes
