Glen Grant Celebration of the Cask 1997-24 Year Old (Carn Mor)

This well-aged single malt from Glen Grant was matured in a bourbon barrel before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 51.4% abv. Only 197 bottles were produced from the barrel, making this a very rare and fine example of this Speysider known for its light and fresh apple character. Tasting notes NOSE : Tropical fruit, gingerbread and citrus with flowering heather and nutty aromas. PALATE : The palate follows the nose with tropical fruit and heather honey with nuts and ripe red fruit aromas. FINISH: Warming with ginger and sticky toffee pudding.
