Glenallachie 30 Years Old Batch 1

Feast your eyes upon the first batch of GlenAllachie 30 year Old! Master blender Billy Walker and his team have used some incredible, well-aged stocks from the distillery in Speyside to craft this cracking single malt. Whisky was drawn from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons, as well as a smattering of Chinquapin virgin oak casks, which were married together and bottled up at 48.9% ABV. Tasting Note by The Producer Nose Fruit cake, raisins and mocha, with honey, cinnamon and coconut. Palate Layers of dark chocolate, fruit cake, raisins, honey and figs, with treacle, orange zest and nutmeg.
