Bepi Tosolini is a historic Friulian distiller specializing in grappa made from fresh grape pomace, distilled shortly after harvest to retain its aromatic character. Grappa Smoked uses selected red-grape pomace and is distilled traditionally in manually operated steam bain-marie pot stills.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Wood smoke, warm spice and red fruit with vanilla, allspice and subtle tobacco notes.

Palate: Full and enveloping, with smoky oak, ripe red fruit and vanilla balanced by warming spice.

Finish: Persistent and lightly smoky, with lingering spice and toasted oak.
