A big meaty flavour profile... As fruity as it is spicy, as warming as it is smooth. Nose: Syrup soaked cherries, bright red fruits and a medley of spices. Palate: Prominent oak and rich barley sugar join with chewy chocolate and sultanas. Finish: Medium-length, cinnamon, clove, cedar and toffee.
