Heaphy Sauvignon Blanc

Heaphy Vineyard is based in the Moutere Hills of Nelson, overlooking Tasman Bay on the northwestern corner of New Zealand’s South Island. Its vineyards were first planted in 1973, making them some of the oldest productive vines in the country.

Tasting Notes
Colur: Pale straw with bright green highlights.
Nose: Pink citrus, seagrass and subtle saline notes with fresh apple and lime.
Palate: Concentrated and refreshing, with lime zest, green and red apple, lively acidity and a fine lees-derived texture.
Finish: Long and intense, with lingering citrus, mineral freshness and a distinct saline edge.
