Ken Wright Willamette Pinot Noir

Founded in 1994, Ken Wright Cellars is one of Oregon’s most acclaimed Pinot Noir producers. Ken Wright has long been recognized as a pioneer of single-vineyard Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley, with a philosophy centered on expressing the unique character of each vineyard site through meticulous farming and minimal-intervention winemaking.

The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is sourced from a selection of sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the valley, including sites in the Yamhill-Carlton, Eola-Amity Hills, Ribbon Ridge, Dundee Hills, and McMinnville AVAs. By blending fruit from multiple terroirs, the wine captures the diversity and complexity of the Willamette Valley while maintaining exceptional consistency.

Colour: Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections

Nose: Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry layered with notes of rose petals, baking spice, forest floor, and subtle cedar

Palate: Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Flavours of red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry are complemented by hints of black tea, clove, earthy mushroom, and mineral notes, creating exceptional depth and balance
