Produced in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, the XO begins with locally sourced sugarcane that is fermented and distilled before maturation in American oak barrels. Unlike Kirk & Sweeney's regular blended expressions, the XO is presented at barrel strength, 131 proof / 65.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Layers of dried fruit and mature oak with caramel and toffee.

Palate: Toasted oak and vanilla lead into raisin, sherry-like richness, warm spice and sweet dried fruit.
