Inspired by the spirit of intensity and pride that shines through Lagavulin history of more than 200 years, our Malt Master explores the symbols of the ancient Mesoamerican art of tattoo. The whisky, finished in Don Julio Anejo tequila casks, pulses with herbal flavours ancient and modern. Amid fierce glints of gold, fresh notes of clean sea air, citrus and ripened berries mingle with intense herbal smoke in a fusion of aromas, while the creamy-smooth texture plays canvas to a rich palette of flavours. Sweet with juicy plums and hint of saltiness, the flavours deep-etch their impression for a lip-tingling whisky of legends.
