Laphroaig 20 Years Old Artist #11 2021

French independent bottler La Maison du Whisky introduced their popular Artist range in 2011. Each year they team up with a contemporary artist who provides stunning artworks for the bottles’ back labels. Laphroaig 20 Years Old Artist #11 2001 was released for the 11th edition of the highly-acclaimed series. The whisky was distilled in 2001 and matured in sherry butt #320 for 20 years, before being bottled at 58.3%. This year the folks at LMDW collaborated with French abstract artist Catherine Ludeau. Her resin artwork ‘Noir corail’ graces the back label of this bottle. Only 561 bottles of Laphroaig 20 Years Old Artist #11 2001 have been released.
