Louis Jadot Chablis

Founded in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy’s most respected and historic wine houses. Known for its commitment to terroir expression and quality across all appellations, Louis Jadot has become a benchmark producer of both red and white Burgundy wines.

This Chablis is sourced from vineyards in northern Burgundy, where Chardonnay is grown on the region’s famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in fossilized marine sediments. These ancient soils are largely responsible for the distinctive minerality and freshness that define Chablis wines.

Colour: Pale straw with green-gold reflections

Nose: Aromas of lemon, green apple, and white peach layered with notes of citrus blossom, oyster shell, and flinty minerality

Palate: Light- to medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and flavours of citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle stone fruit. A pronounced mineral backbone adds precision, freshness, and structure

Finish: Clean and persistent, with lingering citrus, saline notes, and classic Chablis minerality
