Miro Acure Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The aCURE eSTATE Vineyard is a tiny five-acre hillside property in the Alexander Valley, just south of Cloverdale. Farmed biodynamically with minimal irrigation and fertilization, the vineyard consists of five closely planted blocks with a southeastern exposure. Cabernet Sauvignon grows here in shallow, low-fertility soils of decomposed granite and serpentine, naturally limiting vine vigour and producing smaller, more concentrated berries with a pronounced mineral character.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep ruby to purple with excellent concentration and youthful depth.

Nose: Dark plum, blackberry and other ripe dark berries layered with maple, cocoa-mocha and subtle forest floor, complemented by the mineral character of the vineyard’s serpentine and granite soils.

Palate: Rich yet focused, with concentrated dark fruit carried by a smooth, velvety texture. Fine tannins and fresh acidity give the wine structure, while cocoa, dark stone fruit and subtle earthy-mineral notes add complexity.

Finish: Generous and fruit-driven, with lingering blackberry, plum, cocoa and mineral notes held together by polished tannins.
