Released as part of Cask Series 024, this exciting new single malt was distilled January 2007 at an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Orkney and matured for 17 years. Bottled from a fresh Oloroso sherry hogshead, only 302 bottles of this single malt Scotch whisky were bottled May 2024 at 57.9% vol, un-chillfiltered and natural colour. Nose: Toffee caramels & popcorn Palate: Light & fluffy maple pancakes with fresh green berries Finish: Gentle touch of heathery peat!
