Ornella Molon Malanotte (DOCG)

From the excellent grapes of Raboso del Piave wine with an intense ruby red color and violet hues. Clear wine and consistent with 14,00 %vol. The scent is intense and pleasant, with the aging of ripe fruit, chocolate. The flavour is dry, slightly tannic, soft in the mouth, well balanced, long and persistent final.Food pairings: Troccoli hand-made with lamb sauce, Tortellini and meat sauce, Rabbit cacciatore, baked Arista of pork, cheese and medium cheese.
