Pol Roger Brut Réserve "White Foil"

Winery & Winemaking Overview
Champagne Pol Roger, founded in 1849, is one of the most respected family-owned Champagne houses, based in Épernay. Known for its refined and consistent style, Pol Roger remains independently operated and emphasizes traditional methods and extended ageing.
Brut Réserve is the house’s flagship non-vintage cuvée, typically a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from numerous vineyard sites across Champagne. The inclusion of reserve wines from previous vintages ensures consistency year over year.
The wine is produced using the méthode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees—often longer than the minimum required—contributing to its fine bubbles and complexity. The style is known for its balance between freshness, structure, and subtle richness.
