Sakurao Single Malt Japanese Whisky

[embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPx-n0GTwnA[/embed] The SAKURAO DISTILLERY is located in Hatsukaichi, with the Seto Inland Sea to the south and the Chugoku Mountains to the north. Warm winds from the sea and cold winds from the mountains reach the warehouse in Sakurao, ensuring a large temperature difference is maintained throughout the year. This temperature difference helps to accelerate the whisky maturation process. Aged for at least 3 years in a combination of Bourbon, American new oak and Sherry casks, it was then matured for several months in casks of mizunara, the famous Japanese oak. With an aroma of raisins, oranges, and peaches, this whisky offers a vanilla-like sweetness with moderate bitterness and sourness. Enjoy the pleasant smoky and barrel fragrance along with a long-lasting scent of deep sweetness. Tasting notes: Nose: Raisins, oranges, peaches Palate: Sweet vanilla with moderate bitterness and sourness Finish: Smoky, barrel fragrance with a long, deep, sweet aftertaste
