Scarpetta Prosecco Brut DOC

Scarpetta is a project founded by winemaker Friuli natives, focused on producing modern, food-friendly Italian wines that highlight regional character with a fresh, minimalist approach. The Prosecco is sourced from vineyards in the Veneto region, within the Prosecco DOC designation.
Made primarily from the Glera grape, the wine reflects the region’s moderate climate, which supports aromatic development while preserving acidity. The Brut classification indicates a drier style compared to Extra Dry, resulting in a more crisp and linear profile.
Production follows the Charmat (tank) method, where secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh fruit aromatics and create a lively, approachable mousse. The winemaking approach focuses on purity, balance, and drinkability.
