Spier Signature Signature Pinotage

Spier is one of South Africa’s oldest and most respected wineries, with a winemaking heritage dating back to 1692. The Signature Pinotage is sourced from vineyards in the Western Cape, where warm days and cooling ocean influences help produce grapes with ripe fruit flavours and balanced acidity. Pinotage, a uniquely South African crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, is known for combining bright fruit with earthy complexity and soft structure.
