This winter expression is a highly coveted fan favorite, and with an additional year of aging, it might just be even better than ever. Represented by the winter crow, we employed blue corn to invoke the endless winter night sky. MASHBILL: 26% Blue Corn, 25% White Corn, 44% Rye, 5% Malted Barley TASTING NOTES: NOSE: Blueberry syrup, fresh french toast, raw manuka honey, roasted cardamom pods & rose water. PALATE: Fig jam, black cherry pie, sweet cigar smoke, candied dates, jamaican allspice & hazelnut butter. FINISH: Medium to long, roasted caramel hard candy, fresh kettle corn, homemade marshmallow & orgeat, accompanied by soft barrel tannins.
